Oil To Gas replacements
We are licensced to install gas piping if needed. In most situations gas piping is not in the home if you have an oil heater at this time. All old oil equipment and copper tubing is removed. (Oil tanks must be removed by another party, in which we can supply someone to remove it for you)
80%, 90%+ & 95% Furnaces Available
PVC Chimney Installation for 90%+ Equipment
In many cases, 80% equipment is present when we enter a home. If a customer is interested in a higher efficient piece of equipment we can install any PVC chimneys to the equipment’s specs. If a 90%+ is already present there is no extra charge for chimney adjustments.
Sheet Metal Plenums
A sheet metal plenum is the first piece of duct work off of your furnace or air handler. At East Coast Heating & Cooling we have our own sheet metal shop where we fabricate any plenums necessary for your job.
